On behalf of the Canadian Polish Congress, I extend our deepest condolences to the families and friends of all the passengers killed aboard the Ukrainian Airlines Flight PS752 from Tehran to Kyiv. Among the 176 fatalities were Afghans, Britons, Canadians, Germans, Iranians, Swedes, and Ukrainians. We are all extremely saddened and heartbroken to have learnt that as many as 63 passengers among the victims were Canadians.
