Poland’s Ambassador Witold Dzielski has officially presented the nomination of Mr. Jerzy Barycki as the new Honorary Consul of Poland in Windsor and the region. He also inaugurated the operations of the Polish Honorary Consulate. This milestone, based on the decision of Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski , marks a significant step in strengthening Polish-Canadian ties.
